Kind of an intense name but it's pretty good although I realized today that I don't really care for goat cheese. Nonetheless, a dish definitely worth trying. I call it the "burgwich" because it's a burger between a focaccia bun.
Ground beef burger with goat cheese, arugula & bruschetta on focaccia bun, basted with garlic butter & finished with basil aioli and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. |
